Our Services and Treatments

Many treatments exist today for back pain, joint pain, and other musculoskeletal problems. Some are more effective than others, and the best option often depends on the individual patient and their specific condition. At our clinic, we focus on treatments that are supported by good research and have been shown to help people recover and move better.

Chiropractic

Chiropractic manipulation, also called an adjustment, is used to improve joint movement and restore normal range of motion. During an adjustment you may hear a “crack” or “pop.” This sound is simply gas being released from the fluid within the joint as it moves and stretches. It is a normal and harmless part of the process, and many patients actually find it relieving.

Physical Rehabilitation

Physical rehabilitation focuses on restoring movement, reducing pain, and improving function so patients can achieve lasting relief. Treatment plans may include targeted exercises, stretching, and supportive therapies such as heat or electrical stimulation. These approaches work together to help the body move better and recover more effectively.

Manual Therapy

Manual therapy includes hands-on techniques such as massage and soft tissue treatment. These therapies help relieve muscle tension, reduce irritation around nerves, and ease myofascial pain. Many patients find manual therapy helpful for improving comfort, movement, and overall function.
