Initial Exam and Treatment: $80
Return Visit Treatment: $45
Physical Rehab: $60 per 1/2 hour
Sports Physical: $45
Initial Exam and Treatment: Covers consultation, a comprehensive physical examination/evaluation, a review of findings/diagnosis, all treatments performed (adjustments, rehab, etc), home care, and health recommendations in office on the day of service.
Return Visit Treatment: Covers consultation and all treatments performed (adjustments, rehab, etc), home care, and health recommendations in office on the day of service for your return visit.
Physical Rehabilitation: Physical rehab, physiotherapy, functional motion assessments, pre-op and post-op rehab, and sports injury care.
*We bill your insurance as a courtesy, all unpaid co-pays and co-insurances are the obligation of the patient and are due at the time of service.
