Time-of-Service Rates - Self Pay

(Cash, Debt, MC, Visa, AmEx, Discover):

We offer a Time of Service discount (Self Pay Discount):

Initial Exam and Treatment (Basic): $80*

Initial Exam and Treatment (Complex): $120*

Return Visit Treatment: $45*

Physical Rehabilitation Sessions: $60* per hour

Sports Physical: $45*

Exam: Covers a comprehensive health history interview and physical examination/evaluation

Treatment: Covers all treatments performed in office on the day of service. 

Physical Rehabilitation Sessions: Rehab exercise therapy, functional motion assessments, sports injury care.
