What to Expect With Your First Visit
While we are a small clinic, we have the advantage of devoting more one-on-one patient care that is actually with the doctor. Your first visit will typically take 40–60 minutes, and sometimes longer depending on the complexity of your condition and needs. During this appointment, we will take a thorough health history and gather important background information about your symptoms. This helps the doctor better understand your situation and develop an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.

After the intake interview, the doctor will perform medically necessary physical examinations to help rule in or rule out possible conditions that may be contributing to your pain or dysfunction.

Once the evaluation is complete, the doctor will provide a full review of findings and discuss the recommended treatment plan with you in detail before any treatment begins or referrals are made. If this is your first time receiving chiropractic care, all procedures will be explained clearly so you know exactly what to expect.

Your treatment plan may include one or more of the following, depending on your individual case:

-
Chiropractic adjustment
-
Physiotherapy and physical rehabilitation
-
Manual therapy and soft tissue manipulation
-
Corrective and strengthening exercises
-
Lifestyle modifications
-
Nutritional suggestions
Most patients will also receive home exercises or self-care strategies to help maximize the effectiveness of treatment and give you the tools needed to manage your condition independently.
Follow-up visits, typically last 20–30 minutes depending on your specific needs. Our focus is to help you recover as efficiently as possible so you can get back to living the life you want.

In some cases, we may refer you for imaging like X-rays, CT scans, or MRIs, or refer you to a specialist so you can get the right care.
