At High Desert Spine Chiropractic & Rehabilitation, we help people recover from back pain, neck pain, sciatica, headaches, joint pain, and many other conditions of the joints and muscles. While we can help prevent injury and chronic issues, we also manage conditions with drug free, non-invasive care. Treatments are based on a thorough evaluation and may combine chiropractic care, physical rehab, manual therapy, and other appropriate therapies.

Whether you're dealing with a recent injury or discomfort that has been bothering you for some time, we will work with you to determine what's contributing to the problem and develop a treatment plan based on your needs.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

Your first visit starts with a thorough history and physical examination so we can understand your symptoms, movement, and goals. We'll explain what we find and discuss your treatment options with you.

When appropriate, treatment can begin during your first visit. Depending on your condition, care may include chiropractic treatment, rehabilitation exercises, manual therapy, or other therapies.

You'll leave with a clear understanding of what's going on and what we recommend doing next.
